Johnson Mathers Health Care, Inc. (JMHC) is a private, not-for-profit organization that operates Nicholas County Hospital. We are located in Carlisle, Kentucky, just off U.S. 68 approximately 35 miles northeast of Lexington.
Community Health Needs Assessment:
This report was prepared in August 2013 using data collected from surveys and focus groups conducted in the community. It is our hope that the assessment will be used as a tool to identify health
concerns, guide appropriate use of local resources and ultimately improve the health and wellbeing of those living in our community.
